We want to earn your business. If you find the same greenhouse for less from another authorized U.S. retailer, let us know before you place your order and we'll do our best to match it, and beat it when we can.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Find the lower price on an authorized retailer's website for the exact same product.
  2. Send it to us before you order. Email info@mulberrygreenhouses.com or call 678-408-8222 with the link to the product page (or the written quote you received), plus a screenshot of their total price at checkout, including shipping and tax.
  3. We verify it and get back to you within 24–48 hours, usually sooner.
  4. Once approved, we'll send you a special checkout link or discount code with your matched price.

What Qualifies

✅ Identical Product

Same brand, model name and number, size, glazing, color, and included options. Brand new, not used, open-box, or refurbished.

🏷️ Authorized U.S. Retailer

The seller must be an authorized dealer of that manufacturer, based in the U.S., and shipping to the continental 48 states.

📦 In Stock and Ready to Ship

The item must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time of your request. Pre-orders and backorders don't qualify.

💲 Total Delivered Price

We compare the total price you'd actually pay: item price plus shipping, freight or liftgate fees, and taxes. Remember, our greenhouses ship free to the continental U.S.

🔗 Publicly Listed or Quoted

The price must be visible on the retailer's website, or in a written quote or email from that retailer.

What's Not Eligible

  • Orders already placed. Price matches must be requested before or while you order (see why below).
  • Limited-time sales and promotions, including flash sales, holiday events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, close-outs, clearance, and expired promotions.
  • Rebates, gift cards, free gifts, bundles, and buy-one-get-one offers.
  • Special financing offers, and member, loyalty, or store-credit-card pricing.
  • Marketplaces and auction sites, such as eBay, Amazon or Walmart third-party sellers, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Overstock, and liquidation sites.
  • Retailers that aren't authorized dealers, or prices that are outdated, out of stock, or appear to be errors.
  • Purchases that already use a Mulberry discount, coupon, or free gift. A price match can't be combined with other offers.
  • Assembly, installation, foundations, or custom orders. Price matches cover the product itself.

Why We Can't Match After You Order

Greenhouse prices are set by our manufacturers and can change daily. When a manufacturer starts a sale, our cost goes down only from that day forward. An order placed yesterday was purchased at yesterday's cost, so we can't adjust it to a sale that started today. That's why every price match must be requested before or while you place your order.

Our Promise to Be Fair

We work hard to offer the lowest price our manufacturers allow. Some websites show outdated or incorrect prices, and orders placed there often can't be filled. If we find that a price is outdated, below the manufacturer's allowed price, or would mean selling at a loss, we may not be able to match it. We'll always explain why. Every request is reviewed individually, and final approval is at Mulberry Greenhouses' discretion, but we truly do our best to say yes.

Do you match or beat the price?

We'll match the competitor's total delivered price, and when our costs allow, we'll beat it. Just ask!

Can I get a price match on an order I already placed?

No. Because manufacturer costs change frequently, price matches must be requested before or while placing your order.

Do you match local stores?

We match authorized online retailers that ship to the continental U.S. Prices available only in a physical store or by phone can't be verified, so they don't qualify.

How do I know if a retailer is authorized?

Send us the link and we'll check for you. Buying from an authorized dealer protects your manufacturer warranty.

Does the price match include shipping?

Yes. We compare the full delivered price, including shipping, freight fees, and tax. Our greenhouses ship free to the continental U.S., which often makes our price lower already.

How long is an approved price match good for?

Your matched price is valid for 48 hours, or until the competitor's price changes, whichever comes first.
