Price Match Guarantee

We want to do business with you! 
We price match for any identical products that you find at our competitors for the same model. If the product you purchased from us is at a lower price within 1 week from the date of purchase, we will beat their price and offer a little discount if it qualifies. Please note that this excludes sales and promotional limited time deals. All price match items must have same name and model number and sold in Major cities in the Continental 48 US States.

 

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

    • Not Valid on close-outs, special financing, expired promotions.
    • A price match cannot be combined with a sale or special financing.
    • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offer are not eligible
    • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
    • The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
    • If you receive free gifts or discounts from us those purchases are not eligible
    • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges and taxes.
    • The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
    • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
    • Price match has to be requested before an order is placed or while placing the order, it cannot be after an order is placed as prices and costs change sometimes on a daily basis depending on what the manufacturer decided. For example, a sale that starts today could be promoted by the manufacturer with a discounted cost for us, however, that cannot be price matched to a product ordered yesterday with a higher cost. Sales have a start and an end date.
    • We will do our best to match any competitor's price (Competitors price must include shipping and taxes).
    • Many websites out there are not updated or contain fake information, we cannot price match those as they can be misleading. Again, the price has to make sense and cannot be lower than cost incurred. If we confirm that the competitor's price cannot be matched, it's because we have concluded that the competitor is posting an old price. If you place an order with them, chances are they will not be able to fulfill it for you and the manufacturer will shut them down.
    • We ask that you send us the link to the promotion or any emails with a quote from the retailer in order for us to honor the price match.
    • Any final decision on a price match is up to us...We will truly do our best to honor it.

The Price Match Guarantee policy is also limited by the calculation of cost vs loss. If the Price Matched is incurring a loss, it is up to us to make a final decision about whether we can approve the proposed price.
