Sales & Promotions Policy
Most of our sales come straight from the greenhouse manufacturers we work with. They set the discount, the products included, and the dates. These simple rules keep every promotion fair for every customer. You can always find what's on sale right now on our Deals page.
The Basics
🏷️ One Offer at a Time
Sales can't be combined. A sale price can't be stacked with another sale, discount code, coupon, or a price match. If more than one offer applies to your order, we'll give you the one that saves you the most.
📅 Set Dates Only
Every promotion runs for a specific time, shown on the Deals page or the product page. It starts and ends on those dates, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day.
🕒 Your Price Is Locked When You Order
You pay the price shown at the moment you place your order. Promotions can't be added to past orders, and an ended promotion can't be honored on a new one.
📦 While Supplies Last
Some offers, like closeouts and free accessories, end when the manufacturer runs out. Sold-out, backordered, and pre-order items may be left out of a sale.
Why We Can't Adjust Past Orders
When a manufacturer starts a sale, our cost goes down only from that day forward. An order placed before the sale was bought at the earlier cost, so we can't refund the difference afterward. The same goes the other way: once a promotion ends, the manufacturer's price goes back up, and we can't sell at the old sale price. If you know a sale is coming or want to check for one, ask us before you order.
What Sale Prices Cover
- Only the products named in the promotion. If a sale covers a greenhouse, its add-ons and accessories are full price unless the promotion includes them.
- Not assembly, installation, foundations, custom orders, or extra delivery charges for hard-to-reach locations.
- Free gifts and included accessories have no cash value and can't be swapped for a discount.
- Quotes: a quoted sale price is good only until the promotion ends, even if the quote itself is valid longer.
- New orders only, placed while the promotion is running.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items follow our normal Shipping & Return Policy. Any refund is based on the price you actually paid, not the original price. If a free gift came with your order and you return the main item, the gift needs to come back too, or its value will be taken out of your refund.
Pricing Mistakes and Changes
We work hard to keep every price right, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we'll contact you and either charge the correct price with your OK or cancel the order with a full refund. Manufacturers can also end a promotion early or change it. If that happens, the change applies only to orders placed after it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a discount code on a sale item?
No. Sale prices are already discounted, and offers can't be combined. If a code would save you more than the sale, we'll apply whichever is better, not both.
A sale started the day after I ordered. Can I get the difference back?
We're sorry, but no. The sale price comes from a new manufacturer cost that started after your order, so it applies only to orders placed during the promotion.
The sale ended yesterday. Can you still give me the price?
Unfortunately not. Once a promotion ends, the manufacturer's regular price is back in effect for us too.
Can I get a price match on a sale item?
A price match can't be combined with a sale, and limited-time sales at other stores don't qualify. See our Price Match Guarantee for details.
How do I find out about upcoming sales?
Join our email list and follow us on social media. We share new manufacturer promotions as soon as they go live. Our team isn't told about sales ahead of time, so we can't share dates in advance.
