The EOS Royal Antique Victorian greenhouse is a dramatic addition to our Orangerie selection with a steeper 38º roof slope. The floorplan still maintains the unique T-shape, but narrow 4mm tempered glass panes (14” wide) add to the antique appearance. The design features a new low door threshhold for easy entry! Includes 4 roof windows with automatic openers, 2 louvre vents & double hinged full-length glass doors.
EOS Royal Antique Victorian Comes in two different styles
🌿 Regular - EOS Royal Antique Victorian - NO WALL
Dimensions: 13ft D x 13 ft L/W x 9'8" ft H at peak with 6' shoulders. Spacious at 169 sq feet which gives you plenty of space for your plants. It is designed to be built directly on the ground or concrete pad.
The extra height for walls gives you enough space growing taller plants.
🌿 T-WALL - EOS Royal Antique Victorian- STEM WALL
EOS T - Wall in White is specially designed to sit on a 15.75" H wall (40 cm) wall (customer builds their own wall). It has slightly shorter side-walls and the door drops below the frame to accommodate the wall.

Important Shipping & Delivery Information 
- 🌿Curbside Delivery
- 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incurr extra fees.
- 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck)
- 🌿 Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

Free curbside freight
Delivery is by LTL motor freight on an 18-wheeler. Let us know about tight roads or low wires so we can plan ahead.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

The regular version is built directly on the ground or a concrete pad and stands 9' 8" at the peak with 6' shoulders. The T-Wall version is designed to sit on a 15.75" (40 cm) high stem wall, so it has slightly shorter side walls and a door that drops below the frame to meet the wall. Choose it with the Designed for Stem Wall option above.
Is the stem wall included with the T-Wall version?
No. The customer builds the 15.75" (40 cm) wall. The foundation plan in the documents section shows the dimensions in inches.
How is it ventilated?
Four roof windows open and close with automatic openers, and two louvre vents add more airflow. The full-length double hinged glass doors can also be opened on warm days.
How big and heavy is it?
The T-shaped floor plan gives you 169 sq ft. Assembled, it measures 12' 10" deep by 13' 2" wide and 9' 8" high at the peak, and it weighs approximately 1,600 lbs.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
