- 🌿Curbside Delivery
- 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incur extra fees.
- 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck)
- 🌿This unit does require a forklift to unload - or you have to have several (4 at least) people on hand to unload glass panels one by one!!
- 🌿Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

No. A complete concrete foundation is not required, only a perimeter foundation. Once the greenhouse is assembled, we recommend anchoring the four corners in concrete.
Can I build it on a stem wall?
Yes. If you build on a stem wall (knee wall), you will need the drop door kit to lower the door, plus a glass panel to cover the gap at the top of the door.
How much headroom does it have?
The low sidewall is 6' 7" high, about a foot taller than most greenhouses, and the roof rises to 8' 10" on the tall side.
How is the greenhouse ventilated?
It comes with two roof windows (one with an automatic opener and one with a manual opener), a louvered window with an automatic opener, and two push-out windows.
What do I need on delivery day?
The greenhouse arrives curbside by LTL freight on an 18-wheeler, so let us know about tight roads or low wires. You will need a forklift to unload it, or at least four people to unload the glass panels one by one. We will call ahead to set up a delivery window.
What warranty does it come with?

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
