Why do you need a solar powered exhaust fan for your greenhouse?
Our own unit has been continuously running since installed in March 2023. These are specially made for us (for greenhouses) by factory producing attic exhaust fans for years (sold through all major retailers).

* Disclaimers: Adaptations might be needed when installed in ANY greenhouse. This fan can be installed in a polycarbonate greenhouse. The polycarbonate panel will need to be cut to make sure the fan fits properly. If you decide to put it in a glass greenhouse, you won't be able to cut the glass because it will shatter. We recommend using a lexan panel to fill the gaps. This can be purchased in a local hardware store.

Overview
Ventilate your greenhouse with the sun, no wiring from the house required. This solar ventilation system runs off the grid: a solar panel of about 50 W powers a 16" exhaust fan, and the included thermostat keeps conditions right for your plants. There are no ongoing electricity costs, and it is easy to retrofit to non-Exaco greenhouses.
Put two 12 volt batteries (not included) in the included battery case and the fan can keep running when the sun is low or at night. The airflow direction can be changed, so the fan can bring fresh air in or push hot air out. The brushless motor carries a lifetime warranty, and our own unit has been running continuously since March 2023.
Our tip: in a polycarbonate greenhouse, the panel is cut to fit the fan. Glass would shatter, so in a glass greenhouse fill the opening with a Lexan panel from your local hardware store.
