Hoklartherm KGT Nelke 4 Pro Greenhouse with 16 mm Triple-Wall Polycarbonate
The Nelke 4 Pro is a German-made, four-season greenhouse with a classic A-frame shape and a refined gable front. It pairs a rugged anthracite aluminum frame with 16 mm triple-wall polycarbonate, the same insulating glazing used on the professional Riga XL, so you can keep growing long after the first frost.
It is built by KGT, the sister company of Hoklartherm, in Germany, and sold in the US through Exaco. Exaco added a few upgrades just for North America: an extra-wide 38" ADA-friendly Dutch barn door, turnbuckle cross supports (sandbag tested to 2,000 lbs of snow) and extra rubber seals on the roof panels.

- 🌿Curbside Delivery
- 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incur extra fees.
- 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck)
- 🌿Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

Delivery is by LTL motor freight on an 18-wheeler. Let us know about tight roads or low wires so we can plan ahead.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

Yes. The 16 mm triple-wall polycarbonate insulates far better than glass or twin-wall panels, so with a small heater you can keep growing through cold winters. The roof is reinforced with turnbuckle cross supports and was sandbag tested at 2,000 lbs of snow.
What foundation does the Nelke need?
It needs a flat, level base. The easiest choice is the optional aluminum foundation frame, which you bury in the ground so you don't need concrete. A concrete slab, pavers or a 20 inch knee wall (with the drop door kit) also work.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes. The Nelke is designed for handy homeowners and takes at least 2 people. If you'd rather not build it yourself, ask us and we'll share Exaco's list of independent assemblers near you. Exaco's US support team can also help by phone or video call.
Is the door wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Exaco had the Nelke made with an extra-wide 38 inch Dutch barn door, 71 inches tall and ADA friendly. It's also easy to roll in a wheelbarrow or garden cart. The top half opens on its own for extra airflow.
Who makes the Nelke and what is the warranty?
The Nelke is made in Germany by KGT (Kreative Gartentechnik), the sister company of Hoklartherm, maker of the Riga greenhouses. The polycarbonate has a 15 year warranty (prorated after 10 years) and the aluminum frame has a 20 year warranty.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
Do you offer a price match?
