Janssens Royal Victorian Greenhouse Drop Door Kit
The drop door kit allows the standard Janssens Royal Victorian greenhouse to be placed on top of the perimeter wall. If you are trying to place a Janssens Royal Victorian greenhouse on a stem wall, the drop door kit becomes essential. It increases the height of the greenhouse between 20"-36 inches (24" might best).
N.B: This kit does not include the new glass panels needed above the doors, those should be ordered locally. However, we might be able to supply some poly-carbonate panels for customer to cut to size.

- If the greenhouse you are purchasing comes with a sliding door and you would like to set your greenhouse on a stem wall/knee wall, you MUST upgrade to hinged doors in order to allow easy access to the greenhouse. The hinged doors are a great upgrade and are considered more like commercial doors.

Whenever you place a Royal Victorian greenhouse on a stem wall or perimeter wall. The kit increases the height of the greenhouse by 20" to 36", and about 24" may be best.
Does the kit include the glass above the door?
No. The glass panels needed above the doors should be ordered locally. We may be able to supply polycarbonate panels for you to cut to size.
How many kits do I need for double doors?
For a double hinged door, only one drop door kit is needed.
Should I switch to hinged doors?
If your greenhouse comes with a sliding door and you plan to set it on a stem wall, we recommend upgrading to hinged doors for easy access. They are a great upgrade and are more like commercial doors.
