Delivery is by LTL motor freight on an 18-wheeler. Let us know about tight roads or low wires so we can plan ahead.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

No. The VI36 comes with one set of double sliding doors. The hinged doors shown in some photos are an upgrade, which the manufacturer supplies in place of the sliding doors. You can also add an extra sliding door.
What comes in the optional accessory kit?
A 20 foot long planting shelf (seed tray) that is 4" deep and 20" wide, a 20 foot long top shelf that is 4" wide, and two full length shade cloths with pull ribbons. You can add it with the Accessory Kit option above.
What's the difference between the glass and hybrid versions?
The glass version uses 4 mm tempered glass throughout. The hybrid has a polycarbonate roof with the same 4 mm tempered glass side walls. Both come in green or black.
Is a foundation included?
Yes. A 4 1/4" high foundation frame comes with the greenhouse. The assembly and foundation manual under Technical documents covers how to prepare the base.
How is it ventilated?
Four roof windows: two with traditional spindle openers, which are great in windy conditions, and two with automatic openers. A louvered window adds more airflow.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes, it's a DIY kit. We provide step-by-step assembly videos, and our customer service team will walk you through any questions you have along the way.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
