Assembly Instructions:
All of the domes come with a detailed manual displaying step-by-step instructions on how to assemble the dome properly along with cover care info. When choosing the location for your Dome, it’s suggested to pick a location that is protected from the wind. While a base isn't required, we strongly recommend that the Dome be anchored to the floor (wood deck/cement/dirt) with included anchoring plates. Anchoring hardware will need to be purchased separately to best suit the ground type of the location it will be installed on. More info about floor anchoring is listed in the manual.

Shipping:
All 13 ft Domes will be shipped freight in 1-2 weeks. Larger models may take 4-6 weeks. No matter the size, they will be shipped on a single pallet, unless multiple quantities are ordered.

- 🚚Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incurr extra fees.
- 🚜We ship using an 18 wheeler ( inform us if you need a smaller truck -tight road, low hanging wires etc...)
- 🚚 Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

Delivery is by LTL motor freight on an 18-wheeler. Let us know about tight roads or low wires so we can plan ahead.

Receive and unload
Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. The driver does most of the work but may need a hand.
Foundations and bases are bulky, so we recommend ordering them together with your greenhouse to avoid a separate freight charge.

Three diameters: 13 ft (132 sq ft, 8.6 ft high), 16 ft (200 sq ft, 9.7 ft high) and 20 ft (310 sq ft, 11.5 ft high). Choose the size in the options above.
Does it need a foundation?
A base isn't required, but we strongly recommend anchoring the dome to a wood deck, cement or dirt using the included anchoring plates. The anchoring hardware itself is bought separately to suit your ground type, and the manual explains the options. Pick a spot sheltered from the wind if you can.
How long does assembly take?
Two people can assemble the dome in 4 to 6 hours. Every dome comes with a detailed step-by-step manual that also covers cover care.
How much wind and snow can it take?
The dome is rated for winds up to 60 MPH and a snow load of 7 lbs per sq ft. The rounded shape helps rain, wind and snow move off the cover instead of building up.
Can I hang lights or plants from the frame?
Yes. The geodesic design spreads weight evenly, so the frame is stable enough for lighting or decor to be hung or fastened to it. There is also room to run water lines at the base of the cover.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free. Locations with limited access, such as islands, are rare exceptions that may carry an extra fee, and we'll tell you before anything ships.
