In Mulberry Greenhouses, we are committed to offering you the best quality items that are available in the market, with the best service. In the event that the item you purchase is not the best fit for you, we can exchange it, replace it , or refund you the money within 14 days from the day of delivery. This is why, we ask our customers to contact us with any questions before an order is placed. Your satisfaction with your order is important to us.
- ✔If you would like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we will charge you a 8% fee. That fee covers some of the charges that we have been charged when processing your order.
- ✔ All returns must be approved before they can be shipped back and a 25% restocking fee will be charged if you refuse delivery of your order.
- ✔ Once an order is approved to be returned, we will issue a return reference number, please do not return before receiving the number.

Amount of Refund
If you placed an order, and would like to cancel it, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
- If you decided to cancel an order and it hasn't shipped yet, you will be charged an 8% fee.
- If an item has already been shipped to you then, you will be responsible for:

If you cancel the order after the item has been shipped or you refuse a package from any of the carriers or the package has been returned to us after attempting to deliver it 3 times, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee and two way shipping and handling fees from your refund.

Processing a refund
- Once you have been approved for a refund please give it at least 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post.
- The refund will go back to the method of payment that was used.
Sales and Promotions:
- ✔️ Once an order is placed, we can only make changes to it within the first 30 minutes after the order is placed. Therefore, if a sale or promotion takes place after an order is placed, Mulberry Greenhouses cannot honor the sale or promotion since these are tied to a specific time and to a price cost set by the manufacturer. In other words, if a sale or promotion took place after an order was placed, that means that the cost from the manufacturer has changed allowing us to start a limited time sale or promotion. Also sales and promotions are limited by time and cannot be honored for previous orders.
- ✔️ Mulberry Greenhouses agents are not made aware of upcoming Sales and Promotions and therefore, they are not aware of price changes, these might be sudden due to communication from the manufacturer about price change.
- ✔️ Remember, Mulberry Greenhouses is a very small business. Our sales are not to compare with Amazon, or Walmart or any big companies. Therefore, we ask that you keep in mind that asking for a refund for a sale or promotion could definitely hurt our business (especially as cost increases from the manufacturer). We ask for your support during these difficult times as our nation faces this pandemic and to allow our business to keep running.
Late or missing Refund
✔️ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
