Refund Policy

 In Mulberry Greenhouses, we are committed to offering you the best quality items that are available in the market, with the best service.  In the event that the item you purchase is not the best fit for you, we can exchange it, replace it , or refund you the money within 30 days from the day of delivery. This is why, we ask our customers to contact us with any questions before an order is placed. Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. 

  •       If you would like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we will charge you a 8% fee. That fee covers some of the charges that we have been charged when processing your order. 
  •       ✔ All returns must be approved before they can be shipped back and a 25% restocking fee will be charged if you refuse delivery of your order.
  •         ✔ Once an order is approved to be returned, we will issue a return  reference number, please do not return before receiving the number.
  •        ✔  Please email us at info@mulberrygreenhouses.com about the items you would like to return, the order number and your personal information (first and last name, address) for verification purposes.
  •        ✔  you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, -Please follow Upon receiving your delivery section in the Shipping & Return Policy page for detailed instructions
  •       ✔ Make sure, the returned items are still in their original packaging.
  •       ✔ Some items cannot be returned or refunded. Those include orders that are customized and orders that clearly state that they are not returnable in the product's page or on the box.

Amount of Refund

If you placed an order, and would like to cancel it, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. 

  • If an item has already been shipped to you then, you will be responsible for:
  •          ✔ All shipping (two way shipping)
  •          ✔ 25% restocking fee
  •          ✔ and/or Handling fees

If you cancel the order after the item has been shipped or you refuse a package from any of the carriers or the package has been returned to us after attempting to deliver it 3 times, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee and two way shipping and handling fees from your refund.
