The Exaco Janssens Arcadia Lean-To Greenhouse is a unique model specifically designed for attachment to existing structures, such as houses, sheds, or other buildings.

Its lean-to shape maximizes space, making it an ideal choice for urban environments and limited yard areas. With the same essential design elements as the Royal Victorian, this customizable greenhouse seamlessly integrates with your home. The Arcadia Greenhouse is one of the great greenhouses in the “Helios” line of greenhouses from Janssens of Belgium. This company has been making high-end glass greenhouses for over 30 years. Since the introduction of the victorian model, in 1999, they have become a leading supplier of this style of greenhouse in Europe. We are proud to now be the USA distributor of this very fine greenhouse.

Difference between Arcadia and Arcadia Plus Greenhouses

There are two different types of Arcadia Lean-To Greenhouses. The Arcadia and Arcadia Plus Model. When compared to the Arcadia, the Arcadia Plus is:

• 🌳 More robust 17 gauge aluminum profiles to support the roof in the following locations: Gutter Profiles, Rafter Extrusions, Roof Ridge Beam, Horizontal Gable Bar.
• 🌳  It requires Flatbed and Forklift (customer responsible for providing Flatbed and Forklift upon delivery of Greenhouse).

Common Features and Specifications of the Arcadia and Arcadia PLUS Lean-To Greenhouse:

• 🌳  Victorian Lean-to Greenhouse 
• 🌳  Glazing Material : 4mm tempered safety glass providing strong, sleek and transparent appearance
• 🌳  Frame: 17 gauge tubular aluminum extrusions (With high-quality aluminum profiles )
• 🌳 Better insulation than most greenhouses: Rubber seals, single pane window, and 4mm glass.
• 🌳 Ventilation: 2 Roof Windows (One roof window that opens manually and one with automatic opener (piston that pops the roof window open when the temperature reaches 72 degrees, then it closes back when it gets above that).

Important Shipping & Delivery Information 🚚

• 🌿Curbside Delivery
• 🌿Delivery is done through LTL Motor Freight and is free, unless you live in an area with limited access (i.e. island etc...this is extremely rare) this might incur extra fees.
• 🌿We ship using an 18 wheeler (let us know if there are tight roads or low hanging wires, manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of a smaller truck)
• 🌿The Arcadia Plus unit does require a flatbed and forklift to unload - or you have to have several (4 at least) people on hand to unload glass panels one by one!! (customer responsible for Flatbed and Forklift upon delivery of Greenhouse).
• 🌿Someone will need to be available to receive the greenhouse. We will call to set up a delivery timeframe. Driver might need help although he will do most of the work.

🚨Important Information

The Arcadia and Arcadia Plus are advanced builds and should only be assembled by a contractor or highly skilled handyman. Please consider the following:

• On glass models, the roof glazing panels are extremely large and heavy and may require additional support scaffolding during assembly.
• Hardware for attaching this greenhouse to a building is not included
• Weather stripping for sealing the gap between this greenhouse and a building is not included.
• Due to the high level of customization for this greenhouse, the manufacturer cannot provide structural certifications (but we can put you in touch with the engineering firm that provided ours).

Please note that some of the Arcadia & Arcadia Models are available in stock, however, some can only be purchased as a customized model, a special order must be placed with the Janssens factory in Belgium. Consequently, lead times are longer than those of other models.
